The PROLOGA Group has a new shareholder: Who is investing and why?
The PROLOGA Group (“PROLOGA”), a leading software provider in the SAP partner universe with a clear focus on the circular economy and utility industry, is pleased to announce the investment by Afinum 9 in the company. What happens next?

Background Afinum
Afinum, founded in 2000, is an independent mid-market investor that invests in leading and uniquely positioned medium-sized companies. The fund Afinum 9 focuses on transition and succession situations in the four verticals “Software & TMT”, “Healthcare”, “Industrial Technology” and “Consumer & Internet”. The acquisition of the PROLOGA Group, as the second thematic investment in an SAP partner, thus seamlessly fits into Afinum 9’s strategy. “PROLOGA stands out as a vertical champion in the SAP ecosystem and is known for its industry-leading software solutions, which are uniquely positioned in connection with a deep understanding of its customers’ core processes,” says Burkhard von Wangenheim, Managing Partner of Afinum Management GmbH.
