SAP® Applications by PROLOGA 4.8
Based on SAP® ERP® (Enterprise Resource Planning) EhP5 PROLOGA GmbH is introducing a new enhancement package of their SAP Applications by PROLOGA in version 4.8.
At this time the release is running the Premium Solution Qualification at SAP followed by a ramp-up phase, the launch process for SAP solutions.
The release 4.8 of the PROLOGA Add-on offers new features as well as a complete new product for the utilities sector. Additional service providers for map material had been integrated. You can choose now your favorite among providers like PTV AG, Google Maps and WMS and WFS.
Within the component SAP® Dispatching and Planning – Operational Planning dispatchers are now able to transmit orders and messages and monitor status information by using SAP® Mobile Order Management by PROLOGA. The component SAP® Mobile Order Management by PROLOGA is now also supporting SAP PM/CS orders.
SAP® Smart Meter Rollout by PROLOGA
The new PROLOGA Add-on 4.8 is including a new component for the utilities sector – SAP® Smart Meter Rollout by PROLOGA. The strategic route planning for SAP will support in the processes of rolling out Smart Meters in areas, allowing the optimal planning and the realization of the meter exchange as it is regulated by law.
One advantage of this solution is that each installation area (district) can get divided into sub-areas. Subsequent these areas can be structured, for example to plan the realization by different types of devices. Planning areas are shown in different colors so that the identification is made easier on a geographical map. After activation of the planning area, the service orders are now created in the SAP® ERP system, enabling an enormous time- and therefore cost advantage.
